Why are there no exact prices?
To assure our clients the best possible price, we quote each job according to the work required. Since each job is as varied as the client, we may need special tools, equipment, or personnel which affects the price quote.
Will there be a second photographer or team?
Depending on what is required for your project one or more additional crew may be required to complete the job. Queen City Media is dedicated to providing quality content.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Except in the case of a scheduling conflict you may extend your session. There is no guarantee that this may always be possible, however we aim to surpass our clients' expectations which will sometime include wanting just a bit more of the experience. Please note that in the case of major changes or additional travel additional fees may be charged.
What type of gear will be used?
The key to doing a great job is selecting the right tool for that job. Utilizing multiple model drones, cameras, go-pros, and even smartphone cameras will ensure that the right tool required is selected to complete your project.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Once the project is completed and finalized, you will be sent a file containing any watermarked edits and high-resolution raw footage, media, and/or photos. These files are yours to do with as you please.
What if I don't like the work?
Executing a project requires teamwork and communication between the photographer and the client. We pride ourselves on our uncanny ability to determine and anticipate the needs of our clients. We are committed to working with our clients to not only meet but exceed their expectations.
